Another vote for Mosyle free. They even set up the preliminary rules etc with us. I have said that if we get more than the 60 we now have that we need to pay as many "bulk" operations are "paid version only". Pushing out and removing apps etc is in free, as is onboarding.

Cleaner (Sky Movies) After having had to leave the army, Joey (Daisy Ridley) has been working as a window cleaner at a skyscraper owned by and evil energy corp. One particularly bad day gets worse when eco-terrorists take over the building... Yes, it's "Die Hard: London". Unfortunately Joey is stuck on a platform rather than doing high wire stuff for a lot of the movie. Didn't hate it, but wouldn't recommend it.

Havoc (Netflix) Tom Hardy stars as a corrupt cop trying to save his skin by keeping the equally corrupt mayor's criminal son safe from a small army of Triad goons. Supposedly an homage to the HK "heroic bloodshed" period this, certainly has the bloodshed but it's a bit low on the heroism. All but one of the characters are criminals and the other has questionable judgement. A lot of the vehicular action seems to be murky CGI, probably not helped by the movie being shot mainly in Cardiff. The two main leads are both Brits playing Yanks, though Tom Hardy seemed to be auditioning for a part in the next "Apes" movie, doing a very odd walk. Still, if you It's not without it's merits, but there's nothing as cool as Chow Yun Fat flipping a table to catch the revolver left on it in The Kille)

Signed, Sealed, Delivered: To The Moon And Back An unposted letter sends the POSTables on a search for the sender, a search that involves a hugely popular pop star. A slight improvement on the recent entries in the series with more of the "mystery" and less of the stuff about the POSTables. I guess Savage Garden aren't that big in the US, though. One for fans of the series only.

Thunderbolts* (Cinema) A bunch of "B" List supers uncover a conspiracy and must become a team to defeat the threat. One of the better recent Marvels, if far from a classic. The mid-credits scene is amusing but missable while the end credits scene sets up at least two future Marvels. I'm interested to know if the events that take place are near the beginning of the teased movie or the end. Exterritorial (Netflix) When her son disappears in the American Consulate, a German ex-special forces agent must use her particular set of skulls to get him back. Fun German action thriller. Would have been better without so many subplots (there were at least three different criminal activities going on in the building), a better attempt at making us wonder if it really was all PTSD, and more imaginative casting. Casting a Brit/Scot as a Yank official means you just know he's not a nice guy.

Possibly Ancient Roman, judging from what appears to be mould inside the packaging.

The HBO contracts must be tighter than the MCU ones as they seem to be allowed to use the likenesses of the actors from the show.

I've much preferred this season too. Though how that many people survived given the way that, at various times, they were shown "behind" Aliss I'm not sure. Also, the "visual speech" devices didn't quite make sense. Why were they standard kit? If that many people were deaf, surely more people would be able to sign. Though I have worked out who Mrs Flood is: The personification of the Doctor's tears. He's always flippin' crying! 😉

Dhoom Dhaam (Netflix) On the night of their arranged marriage a staid veterinarian and a self-confident party girl find themselves demanding to know where "Charlie" is. Except neither of them have a clue who "Charlie" is. Fun Indian action comedy. At under two hours it's also short for an Indian movie, helped by not having any full-on Bollywood song and dance numbers - though there are a couple of songs playing over scenes and a sorta song and dance number when the vet has to keep the crowd at a male strip show entertained.

I guess that depends on if you have the same predilections as the vendor.

The Amateur (Cinema) When his wife is killed by terrorists for poorly explained reasons (so poorly explained that I was expecting a twist with her being alive and their leader), a CIA geek blackmails his bosses into giving him enough training to enable him to seek out and kill the perps. He soon realises that he's never going to be the next Jason Bourne and must use his IT skills to get the job done. OK, but I'd wait for streaming. I was hoping that the film might make people realise that getting on the wrong side of IT is not a good idea but his skills might as well be magical ones.

Mr. Monk's Last Case: A Monk Movie (Netflix) When his stepdaughter's fiancé dies in a freak accident, Adrian Monk investigates along with most of the original cast. It seems as if billionaire Jeff Bezos Rick Eden may be involved... Monk was one of those shows that I enjoyed, but never got around to finishing. This was OK, but the "solution" was way too obvious. It didn't make me want to go back and finish the show, though I might watch the finale. Oh, the title is probably a lie as a sequel hook is clearly set up.

The Last of Us S02E02: Before the season started, I thought they'd somehow stretch things out so that it ended where this episode did. The two people I watched the episode with hadn't played the game and were somewhat shocked! Doctor Who S02E02: This series is, to me, a marked improvement on the first.

Not made very good choices of late. Most entertaining was G20, which was basically "Die Hard at the G20". Entertaining enough, but the villain's motivation didn't make a lot of sense. One Ranger has a mini The Expanse reunion with an almost unrecognisable Thomas Jane playing the title role with a thick Texas accent and Dominique Tipper as a Brit agent who recruits him to catch an Irish terrorist. Also with John Malkovitch as the head of some UK agency and Nick Moran as a Russian(!). Very low budget and while I have seen worse it's not one to waste your time on. Worst of the bunch was Buddy. Full disclosure: I had very little sleep the night before due to one of the grandbrats kicking off and so I did keep dropping off during this film; I doubt I missed much. Anyway, a slowburn (2 years of over comms flirtation) romance between a hotshot pilot and a rookie air traffic controller is threatened when a mob boss 's son needs a new heart and the ATC is a match. During her kidnap she briefly dies and her soul is transferred into the large teddy bear the pilot bought her. The bear teams up with the pilot to find her body before it is too late. Imagine a mainly humorous Indian Ted as a sort of action movie and you'll have some idea. Apparently walking, talking, teddy bears are a common sight in India as no-one is phased by the sight of Buddy. Pretty bad, though the scene where the bear and a street kid do the Oscar-winning "Naatu Naatu" from RRR to raise some cash is vaguely amusing.

Watched the first couple of eps of the new season of Black Mirror. So far, a marked improvement on the last season. Still trying to work out if the ending of the second ep was happy or sad. The first ep of the new season of Doctor Who season I also found to be much better than has been the standard of late. Still not impressed by Ncuti Gadwa in the lead, though.

In case anyone is in the same boat, the Microsoft Store App "Apple Devices" did what iTunes wouldn't and recognised the iPad and successfully restored it (on the second attempt).

Heretic (Rental) Two young Mormon missionaries find themselves trapped in a house with a man who wants to test their faith. More of a theological debate than a movie, this is still quite interesting thanks to Hugh Grant's performance.

Nah. To me, soundtracks aren't just about having banging tracks - they should transport you into the film. I'd rate almost anything by John Barry, but especially Somewhere in Time and Dances With Wolves, John Williams (Star Wars, Superman, Raiders) or Hans Zimmer (Inception, Gladiator) and certain scores from other composers well above Tron: Legacy. Heck, I'd rather listen to Andrew Powell's much maligned score for Ladyhawke before Daft Punk. I'm in a very small minority with the latter, though. Mind you, it did used to get used a lot during ice dancing performances back when that was more in the public eye.

She's acted more recently than directed, though has more upcoming directing gigs.
