  1. We don't use CRB but both the SAM4S and the Oxhoo are not compatible with windows 11, they don't have the minimum spec of processor as far as I know.
  2. CPC Part number PSG3557 do one that supports 4K
  3. We had this but only when viewing a PDF from a group through OWA. Microsoft were stumped by it they tried everything and it just miraculously started working after a couple of weeks. I would get in touch with Microsoft Support, go into Office 365 admin center and try the support assistance under help & support first
  4. Have you reached the number of devices allowed, but yes the service is only for personal use only
  5. But why all three required?
  6. Yep we are in the same boat having to upgrade before we can do the summer update, and it has to be done before the end of September 2025. They said that data had to be synched with next gen to be able to do the summer update as well, but in previous documentation it said this didn't need to be done before Summer 2026 (census time). Me thinks they are changing the goal posts.
  7. In Computer Configuration, Policies, Windows settings, Local Policies, Security Options you should see 'Interactive Logon: Prompt user to change password before expiration' and you give it a number of days and will remind people each time they login starting x number of days before the expiration.
  8. So over time all of the invading forces have added their own words to the language, some places named after Romans, some after Saxons etc. so think about poor old Chester-Le-Street. Old English, Old French and Old Roman
  9. Not sure about Smoothwall, does it use categorization for websites? is it catergorized as say peer 2 peer for example and that is blocked?

we just brought all staff a SafeID key, then there is no agro about phones. If they want to use their phone that's fine, but they have a key if they don't.
  11. +1 for Crusader as well, the ones Synkrox was on about are brilliant - the USB version gets over the only having one AV port (normally these ones use 4 section jacks) and also the cables can be purchased separately if they get broken, as well as the ear foams.
  12. Have you checked the event log. We had similar with the start menu and nothing coming up but had to re-start the file explorer program or log off/back on to get it to work because it was crashing. Only a complete new re-image fixed it sorry to say.
  13. I may be stupid, but if you change someone's email password then email them the new password how are they meant to read it if they cant login because the password has changed?
  14. From the sounds of it it would be POE needed for the intercom not the actual gate? Using an injector is fine.
  15. We had the same, was going to ring them and it started working again, seems to be cleared now what ever the issue was.
  16. Look at the LGFL mobile, just for data it's quite cheep, if the school are paying for it they charge 12 months in advance, so no messing around with monthly bills.
  17. Have a look here. Step-by-Step Guide: Upgrade Windows Server 2012 R2 to 2022 (ubackup.com)
  18. Is it Standard or Data Center version. Have you tried going to 2022?
  19. If it's 2 gap 2 then theoretically a 6 wire one should work, unless there are any cross overs. If you check Comms Warehouse you can get the whole phone for around £20 inc VAT Intertel 8520 £20.13 | 551.852 | Business Phones, Digital Phone | Buy Online (commswarehouse.co.uk) would that be cheaper and easier
  20. Presume this is School Cloud part of TES. Try this number 020 3194 3164, this was one one of their promotional emails
  21. If its a 4 wire one it is a 431A if it has six wires it is a 631A connector. Long time ago Telewest, which is now virgin, did exactly the same ones but the retaining clip was on the opposite side which made more confusion, they were the 430A and 630A. It should have an RJ11 on the other end to connect it to the phone.
  22. Have you tried to use port 25? we had a similar issue and it wouldn't send through port 587. Also check that it's not seeing it as spam and locking the account out. If it's sending multiple emails a day it may think it's spam. We had this with our BACS system using Office 365 SMTP servers.
  23. Yes in some ways, but if it contains an executable payload then it goes for authorization before it gets let through, if it is just plain spam then yes it will get through, we have another rule which checks for any attachments that can be used for execution to stop any malicious payloads coming through.
  24. This is a mail flow rule, we put it on for any incoming mail, so it's not just put for one person it's any incoming mail, then you add the incoming mail address. So for example we add [email protected] in to the field, when it comes across a message from them it changes the confidence level in the message header to -1 (not to go into junk). There is also another setting to bypass clutter which does the same thing. - - - Updated - - - Clutter and junk in OWA are both the same thing now.
  25. You have to put in the incoming email address, which you should be confident is real.
