Can anyone recommend a good but cheap psu checker /tester? Been using a multi meter, but want something easier. Should shows on lcd both the current voltages and if that is a pass or fail. Something like Rosewill RTK-PST Digital LCD Power Supply Tester but that actually works....

It has to do with the PC looking at Windows updates instead of on PC. Quick and dirty is to click the "skip checking online" option when you plug it in and it asks for a driver. There is 3 drivers.... Or just do OTA updates -

Reinstall the printer after removing the driver in print management and downloading fresh from the net. We have a few Ricoh, pia they are. Thats what I do whenever it doesn't work right.

Simply start a list, each person gets one attempt to restore files and a stern reminder, then when they call, say sorry, can't restore. They learn quick that way.
