It's just a shame we still come across the odd member of staff using Publisher 97 and other software that was designed to run on the mighty Windows 95. "What do you mean it won't run on my new laptop"
Who ever dreamt up the idea of Unisex toilets should have their head flushed in one.
Women have enough trouble going to the loo in women only toilets when there is another woman in there*, so I doubt very much if they'd be happy to go knowing a man is there too.
(* Apart from when they're out clubbing for some reason and all share a cubicle )
Lord Treason, the dreadful state of the pitch at Wembley and the recent pitch invasions/yobbish behaviour have probably ended any chance we had of hosting it in 2018.
Damn shame as I would have gone to see any game, even Honduras Vs Azerbaijan. (Should they get there)
As for this World Cup, I wouldn't rule out Argentina, even though their qualification went to the wire.
The current voting system is crappy. I wasn't able to vote for the party I wanted to last night, as their was none standing in my ward. How is that fair? I was left with the usual 3, the greens and the fighting moron party. I don't want any of them in power, so ended up writing "None of the above" across my paper.
Democratic my ****!
I'm always amazed by how much knowledge people have of something they hate so much. Daily Mail haters seem to read it more than those of us that just like a laugh on our dinner hour.
We could argue that every policy previous governments have had, is partly due to what the government before them did. The Labour party have been in power for 13 years now.
Yes, this is one of the biggest issues affecting the country, yet no party seems to care. I imagine most politicians own several houses and we all know that Turkeys don't vote for xmas.
However, this has all occurred under the watch of nulabour, so why are you so against the Tories, and not berating the reds?
The Mirror were doing pretty much the same, except they were telling you which wards to vote Labour or Lib Dem to stop the Tories getting in.
What ever happened to the idea of NEWSpapers telling us the NEWS, not telling us how we should think?
I agree with the idea of some sort of intelligence test required before being able to vote. Will never happen though.
It doesn't matter who gets in. Lots of people, especially in the public sector will lose their jobs. If you honestly think it will be any different under another party you're in for a shock.
When you say it's superb, is that just your view or the view of the end user too? (Specifically the office staff)
If they will have to use it day in day out, I'd check with them first.
On the flipside, it shows that there is still a need for IT experts like our goodselves, as there are still an awful lot of folk out there that do not understand the dangers of the internet.
