Checking on my Tado and Bulb (for now) apps, I can see I'm using half the gas I did this time last year. Jumpers and putting the heating on only twice a day, coupled with the still-warm-for-the-time-of-year is helping greatly.

I doubt it. All the gas we are currently using, and will be using for a bit yet, have already been secured at the higher price. The price has dropped because all the gas storage facilities are now pretty much full and there is a small armada of gas takers parked off various European coasts ready to unload. Not sure how cold this winter will be, bit I did see an article this morning about it potentially being a unusually mild winter. Given the current temps I can well believe them.

No, it's a 'vintage' gaming peripheral.* *For a given age of vintage!

It's a peripheral!

I know this has been dragging on and I can only apologise. We had been due to roll this out during the summer but got postponed due to a family matter I had to spend quite an amount of time from May helping out with. This came to an end in late September and I am back in the office now. But I have had to spend the past couple of weeks catching up on work. I shall be letting you all know more on Monday and I am VERY keen to get this sorted out as quickly as possible. Once more, I’m sorry for the delay, and I know it’s been a long time coming but if you had been in my shoes this year you would have done the same too.

I'd have never have got that! My turn again then....

Eeep! - https://www.businessinsider.com/meta-bumped-off-world-top-20-companies-list-zuckerberg-metaverse-2022-10?r=US&IR=T Seems no one is still interested in Second Life!

That's no help! It just tells me I'm the first loser!

C'mon @jthompson, we may need a clue here!

I thought it was a Master System, but nope.

I loved the last season. It was like watching a good 80's horror movie in each episode. Season 3 was guff though.

Pretty sure it's an early console?

Oooh, that looks familiar, but can't place it...yet!

Bah! I got it from a newsfeed. I blame Google

If it's as good as the last season then I'm all on board!

They fetch over £150 now on eBay. And I forgot to incude the picture!

Posh kid Mine was a ZX81, followed by a Commodore 16 (parents must have thought that it was newer than a C64 and looked like one, so must be better!). Then had an Atari 130XE, a 'proper' computer Then I had a C64 at last. Went to consoles after that with a Megadrive then into PC's.

Bingo! I'd love to get one to frame on my wall as I already have a ZX81 and ZX Spectrum done, and they make for great room decoration and conversation pieces.

I was ten when this came out. I'm 52 now! There's a clue for everyone!

Bit of an oldie here!

When wasps are not considered a problem:

That looks fun and nice to see Kevin Bacon now being known best for being Kevin Bacon

I can see it out of my back living room window when it's clear skies and goes over. Sure beats rushing outside

Ah, cool. I shall watch them once I am less busy in the evenings
