Can i upgrade an oem hom machine to our pro volume license?
Joanne replied to Jaan's topic in Licensing Questions
I would say it is legal, but do you mean you actually want to select upgrade on the install, as oppose to a fresh install? -
Yeah 1st class you get A FULL MEAL!!! It's WELL GOOD! One time I went in the morning and got 2nd Breakfast and the other time in the evening I got my tea. You get to choose what you want too... more choice than on an airplane. BUT the weekends you just get a measly box with crackers.... I need to remember this for this BETT journey home! I was dying of starvation last time. I asked if I could have another box and got one though

Pretty sure you can't downgrade. Do you have EES volume license? I would personally slam a fresh install on it (if you have EES volume licensing). -
Yeah it's gonna be one of the first things we do, getting someone in to see if it is possible. We know an architect who I'm sure will be able to help us a lot!

Yep, we are planning for that. There is a small window in the understairs cupboard, so would be perfect! Husband has mentioned this. I think it will all depend on how we layout the kitchen... so many options with a room that size. Enjoy my rubbish drawings!

Hi everyone, my survey on the house that we are buying isn't until tomorrow, but that doesn't stop me thinking of the possibilities! I have a few questions and I'm just thinking out loud really. Current Layout: What we want to do is extend across the back (single storey) with roof windows and double doors accessing the garden, and make a massive kitchen diner, kinda like this: (apologies for the crude drawing) So we figure we will need 1 or 2 RSJ's (or I call them RJ45's ) Has anyone ever taken out external walls of their house before? I'm assuming Building Control need to assess the work when it's undertaken? I haven't looked at planning laws for a few years, but I don't think we will need planning permission because the extension will be less than 3m. Unless you need it for removing external walls? Also I'm not sure how I feel about the utility being there... might be better closer to the understairs - which we plan on making into a small toilet. Thoughts anyone? Thanks!

Watched this last night - Amanda Knox (2016) - IMDb It's movie length, so yes it is a movie. Was interesting. I never really followed much on the story when it happened, so found it interesting. That italian inspector was a bit imaginitive.

I've just looked at train tickets in anticipation after getting the green light for time off for BETT. Previous years it has been cheaper to go 1st class than scum class, but this time (possibly because I'm way organised) the 1st class tix are way more expensive than scum tickets. Scum tickets are £84 return (bargain!) and then 1st class would be like... £400+. SO MY QUESTION! When does the price of first class drop? Why am I afraid of scum class? Can you still get food served to you on scum class? I thank you.

I would format the drive and set a backup going to it. The way I have mine set up - TeraStation plugged in away from server, map terastation as a drive on server, create Virtual HDD on terastation, attach the VHD to the server in disk management, use that drive to send Windows Server Backups to.

This is probably no help whatsoever, but our SBM has been having problems and they [our sims support] are having to apply a patch to fix it. Sorry I don't know more details

I had to get weighed for our life insurance application... came in at 10 stone 11. Yikes!! Need to start exercising because I'm having a lot of shoulder and knee problems... probably from not moving around enough! Saying and doing are 2 different things though. I really wish they would release more pokemon on pokemon go, it might actually encourage me to walk more!
