It does have a POE port, yes. So I can run a cable internally to a socket. Terminate that then for the shorter distance use external grade cabling to go outside to the AP and it'll get the power it needs?

This might be a daft question... but, here goes. It's Friday after all. If I run a cable from a POE switch and terminate it into a socket. Is that socket then able to deliver POE? I suspect the answer is no it's not that simple.

Have you chosen the Device within Devices menu? Not got Xcode in front of me at the moment but can double check exact steps if you don't figure.

Raise a ticket and they'll do it for you. Doesn't take them long.

Have you setup the transfer within Vidahost? It will tell you what to change the tag to and then when Capita to do that Vidahost will update and the domain will become manageable within their system. I think support will have to do this at Vidahost as their order system doesn't recognise .sch.uk. If you don't change the IPSTAG Capita will still be in control of the domain.

Can you ping the IP address of the server? Is it bypassing the proxy? If you can't get to the enrol page, the profile won't be able to either, so get that working and I think you'll be well away.

Can you enrol via the web, and if so, does that work?
