    In short, no. But once they are connected to Meraki you should be able to wipe them and push out the apps and settings within minutes.

    CC4UPD166 will update the database to PostgreSQL 9.3.5. It's not been released yet but says it's in field trial. Is that newer than the version you have?

    Perhaps they appointed and the person has left? Apply again I guess? Looks a lovely place, but at 35k a year per student, it's going to be.

    Already have 365 implemented so don't need another email service. That's why I was asking.

    So if I have understood this correctly users will need a Google Apps account, to login to, in order to fully use YouTube? That leads me to ask whether accounts can be setup just for YouTube, with Email, Docs etc disabled?

    I've been through the exact same thing with Tesco over an Asus laptop. It took a bit of discussion before Tesco realised they do have a duty to help. In the end they refunded the laptop in full. Persevere and take it up to the highest level complaint you can. Don't be pushed from pillar to post.

    I'd export them to a PST. I think that's going to be the only way if you actually want to delete the accounts.
