    I don't know if there's anything newer than 1.1.8. I can't work out how to easily tell the version of that .ipa file.

    I don't think the one in the store is the latest version. The store has 1.1.2 and i have 1.1.8 which I got a few months ago direct from Impero. http://www.edugeek.net/forums/network-classroom-management/148223-how-install-impero-via-apple-configurator.html

    You may want to consider Lightspeed too, if Smoothwall isn't in your price range.

    There is also a Tablet Edition which may be a cheaper way to license it, if you don't need the full HTML5 interface / flinks etc. We use the Tablet Edition and it's pretty flawless.

    Very impressed with what I've seen of Paxton Net2. We use just a few standalone Paxton units at the moment.

    So, how much will a screen replacement on that be? The keyboard is very Surface like.

    I believe so from what I have heard from users, but, it's still quite expensive by comparison.

    But is it reasonable in the case of: "I'm unsure how I adjust this particular function, can you help?" Microsoft support calls tend to be used for really in depth stuff, right? Different kettle of fish.

    Can you see them within your RM Account if you login under Licenses?

    Oh I see. Whenever we've purchased Microsoft from RM - rare occasion - they've been sent from MS.

    Microsoft send the keys directly to the school, and they will be on your schools MVLS portal even if they're single purchases?

    Is that realistic though? That would be my qualm.
