Is anyone able to access the ParentPay support site since they've moved to Service-Now and in a position to provide me with the setup file? I've been trying to gain access for 7 days and I'm running out of time to switch. Any help would be really appreciated! I am happy to verify I am a ParentPay customer to anyone who can send me the file.

I don't think there's an equivalent report that you can run however it will be looking at the same areas as before so: - Attendance - FSM - Exclusions So as long as these areas are all correct, with no missing marks in attendance etc, then all should be fine in terms of preperation. I don't know why people panic and spend weeks preparing for the Census when in reality if you keep on top of all the other areas in SIMS (as above) then it's pretty painless.

If you don't have Salamandersoft, is there a way to do this in SIMS? Also as they don't get a UPN until they are admitted I presume anything can go here?

I've had the pricing for Hive and it's disappointing that they only offer Commercial pricing for this, and the Education discount seems to have gone. It means the pricing per device is in the region of 4x more expensive than the local MF pricing. @PaperCutterBrenda Just a bit of feedback.
