  1. We have roast beef with all the trimmings but usually for breakfast we have Scottish salmon sent from relatives in Scotland for breakfast.
  2. @bwestlake just a few things that i noticed on your website, on your North Korea blog you've spelled tourist with an 'e' instead of an 'i' Also the formatting is a bit hard to read for me with all the spacing, my suggestion would be to have it in a block paragraph. Other than that its a nice website. Also impressed you met Louis Cole!
  3. I havent got one but keep thinking of doing one.
  4. You should be able to run a report for that, or see the teacher and their classes.
  5. Not had those issues but it seems to just lose connection, clicking on File Stream in all programs seems to bring it back to life.
  6. I was a lone tech for 5 years, I hated it. Mind you I think that was the toxic environment of a failing primary school of many ofsteds and a 'ICT Coordinator' that knew more about eating food than IT. I was glad to get out of there. Now work as a team of two and enjoying it a lot.
  7. Have edited my post for clarity.
  8. Nice, but this bodes the question, How can we stop teachers taking data with them to the new school? You can block USBs etc but Teachers will still find a way to copy all of the personal data and work they created to use in the next place.
  9. They could of put the 1967 Jungle book on Christmas day and the 2016 on New years day. We buy Radio Times too, we plan everything out as a family and then watch anything on catch up if nothing we like is on. Before catch up we used to watch a dvd.
  10. There's a few news articles about flying and staying the night in another country is cheaper than some return tickets.
  11. Saying no wont get you sacked. If it does its Gross misconduct and the courts will most likely rule in your favor.
  12. The one on the right really suits the shirt and stash! Get back to the 70s with him!!
  13. I find group saves are always cheaper than the rail cards prices! Mind you that is only for a short journey, I dont go on the train unless its for a pub crawl in a place and always with friends.
  14. Happy St Andrew's day from a half Scot living in Southern England!
  15. 100km done!!
  16. We dont have a minibus service but our council pays taxis to collect and drop off some students, might be worth checking if yours does too. We dont have buses as we are in the middle of a town so most students walk/cycle.
  17. Its happening with Office 2016 as well. It's not just file stream, some of our users dont have file stream yet and having this issue with their own created PPTs Ive still not found a fix other than the one further up in the thread.
  18. So does a large amount of non travelers. This post was not to be about travelers but about the challenge.
  19. They do indeed, Ive met quite a few over the years and they are some of the nicest people ive met.
  20. I think this is probably the best 'challenge' ive seen in Internet history. https://www.travellerstimes.org.uk/news/2018/11/gypsies-and-travellers-are-filling-foodbanks-across-uk
  21. The dream! If only we had the money for USB C laptops!
  22. Gender flipped Magic Mike should be filmed.
  23. I'd say there is no harm in asking even if its through the SENCO who has probably been talking to the school anyway. No harm in checking requirements etc.
  24. Have you asked what the primary school use? You might be able to use that. Also is the ipad his or the school's? Just thinking he might have to give that back when he leaves.
  25. I bought a pair of trainers that weren't in the sale and a bottle of whisky for my dads xmas present. nothing really grabbed me either!
