Congratulations! When I worked in the private sector, there was less room for delays etc. Just remember that they are paying you for a service rather than you being paid to work for them.

It started at 2am after rain and not stopped. Tuesday about 9am its supposed to stop!

Getting back on this fitness train. Im now heavier than I was before my accident so light exercise is starting.

I used to be the only tech in a primary school with all server stuff outsourced. I stayed there too long, You'll find your knowledge and growth will be limited. If you have been there fours years its probably time to move on, join a team at your next job. Having said that the school I work at is me (IT Tech) and my boss (Network Manager) and we look after everything between us in a secondary school.

To be honest that's the tamest suggestion I've had! Haha. One suggestion was running through a structure on fire! Once fully healed I'll be celebrating with some champagne that I was given for completing the virtual London marathon a week before!

Everyone has been saying well done, not sure its the right thing to say as it feels weird! haha Had my last appointment and I've been discharged Just a last appointment in a months time with the doctor to check on how its going.

And that's where I went! Haha Also means I can drive myself to my own hospital appointments now too. Which I suspect may be not many now

Bit of an update, I am almost healed! Some plasters covering about 4 or 5 wounds less than the size of 5p on each leg. Drove my car for the first time too

I'm sure they could tell from some of my emails....

Do we get a snow day if working at home? Also no snow where I live in SE Kent
