Servers are extra iirc, same as network stuff as that's not the PCs. Plus it's a monthly amount, so would equal itself out. I have had to role it all back since getting the network managers gig. Just kept the rolling monthly contracts, brings in a couple of hundred quid a month.

On the 24th September I am planning to have a get together afternoon at the school I work at in Redditch. Excellent. Another cheeky request - is there a way to get it to auto login in school? Im guessing not - but I think it would make a cracking homepage for staff and students, but not if they have to login everytime.

Hi We have a user who has a shared calendar which is the schools calendar - is there a way to hardcode that to be displayed as a live tile at all, even though they are not the logged in user? Thanks Nick Matt

Also I have a further error When any user, including a domain admin views the room booking page - I get several red errors all saying: An item with the same key has already been added. This error has been logged on the server's event log More info: Ive been through the XML files looking for duplicate entries, but cannot find any - any ideas where/what to look for? Getting so close to getting this live tonight EDIT - Fixed it, duplicate static booking. Just needed to look harder. D'oh

Saw that, changed it, still didnt work - so did a complete reinstall again, and now working ta. Still odd that I can only use the AD search when I have put a password into the AD setup password bit - it doesnt seem to use the stored one? When I click save, I cant use it again. More of an annoyance then anything else.

Hi I am trying to get the booking system up and working using the latest V8 release. When staff are going to the booking system - it is saying: You are current outside of the set terms, please get an Admin to set the new year terms Yet the dates have all been set correctly? A similar issue: On entering my password into the setup page for the domain admin, the green tick appears and I can browse AD for groups, but on saving unless I put the password in it wont let me browse. its like it is not accepting some entries to the database?!

using that but it keeps forgetting the password? Not a big issue tho. is there a how to for live tiles nick? Also I have set up room booking, but no staff can see it iron the menu despite setting permission to s staff group? it also says its not a term, despite setting the dates in the admin?? Can't wait to launch it!!

Sorted it - it didnt like my network credentials - so I deleted the app data folder from the v7 point install and started again - all working great now!

Hi there Im trying to setup HAP+ V8 I have worked through the instructions - the only parts I couldnt follow is step 37/38 where it says about checking if forms authentication is in the list. Its not, and Im not sure how to get it there? I only have anomynous auth there. This is on server 2008r2 IIS 7 The following is the error Im getting, any ideas?
