looks like i have a little bug on the system wooo its the hott cold usb virus. i have it on several stations (must have) including mine doesnt to much (as far as i can tell) other that make a usb drive appear as a folder. any ideas ??? btw i have done a rebuild of all stations in school due to another unrelated problem

greetings, a quick sum up - i have 20 days holiday due to me. i have not had a day off since last summer (that wasnt a bank holiday/weekend/xmas). over summer i have a cc4 being installed, and 2 new servers to install. i want a full week off! and am 'willing' to take the rest off as long weekends. i can possibly have the next half term off but i would prefer not to. but i am not allowed to have time off in term time. am i correct in assuming that it is my employers responsibility to ensure i take the correct holidays? according to HR it is upto the heads discression. what would you do about getting a good week off. note: i am on 1 year temp contract as NM so i dont wanna be arsy but i need a break im donald ducked!

I am in the process of setting up a site for my gf (she is a singer song writer) and DNS is taking ages to propagate, just want to get on with it whilst i have a few nights free. then i get a call saying we have 2 stations infected with viruses and are broardcasting and slowing the whole county down. so i need to disconnect and work on them locally - or the net get cut off until its sorted (which is fair, i understand that). but one of them is our web server and i get shouted at when i turn it off as it hosts our VLE etc late night i think - no cup of tea (or pint of ale) in the back garden after work today.

tbh my account is a standard user account i have a second account that has full sysadmin access. the password is that complex that i end up logging him on then letting him carry on

i have a lad in for two half days a week and am not keen on giving the same access as me. but in real life i end up logging him on as me or giving him my pw as some of the jobs i give him require that amount off access

i 24 and dont drive, i had lessons but then stopped when i was in a crash (ok i crashed...badly) back on the lessons now, its scary i drive better now ive had two years off lol. i just want to go on a track day with the missus and her dad lol + he is getting a ferrari in the summer ago of that will be fun

does anyone know of away how i can pull in information about our stations hardware and output it to a spreadsheet. i want to know how many stations have only 512 mb ram so i can upgrade them but CBA to run around to 400 stations and check manually.
