We have successfully installed Cloudpath into a number of schools, and despite a few config erros that cropped in during the set-up stage they are all up and running. These varied according to the site and their network set-up. @Patman if you send me on a PM an explanation of set-up and your issues I can pass these over to our tech team to see if they have any advice on the set-up etc

Morning @wagnerk , another avenue you could explore is to engage with your Ruckus partner who should be able to assist. Especially if you have a current support contract in place. If you want Ruckus to be part of this process, i'd have thought you'd need to create 3 VLANS (students, 6th formers and staff) so that they each have 3 IP ranges, and then assuming you have a seperate filtering solution in place, set different filtering policies based on those IP ranges. Alternatively, you could look at doing this at your internet gateway as long as you know who the client is. The above is just an idea, i'm not part of our tech team so there could be a deeper conversation here. We are an Ipswich based value-added technology reseller that provides, installs and supports a range of solutions to both the public and private sectors. You will be working alongside our established technical support team and liaising with customers and suppliers. The role will be both internal and external. On days when you’re in the office you will be expected to work on our support line and deal with support tickets. You will also be required to travel, which may include overnight stays. This may involve supporting our Sales Managers and/or handling installation works. Salary is commensurate with experience and industry knowledge. Products will include, but not limited to: Firewalls, Networking, Authentication, Remote Access, IP-CCTV, Wireless and Wired Infrastructure. Required training will be provided. Ideally, we’re looking for someone that has an aptitude for technology and is keen to expand their knowledge and take ownership of projects. We're a supplier and installer of the Netgenium IP Speaker system. We've installed this into a number of schools as a school-wide tannoy system. All speakers are native IP devices and share the common functionality of a standard RJ45 interface, an on board amplifier, power from PoE and configuration using a web browser. The schools that have installed it, have been really happy with the solution. Where clients have wanted to go with a more traditional model, we have installed Penton speakers.
