The User only has the one email address and no forwarders on, iv also checked the same settings on the mailboxes he is sending the requests too.

Hi all, I have strange problem with one users mail account, this user sends a meeting request to two of his staff and gets a bounce back from not the users but this guys old PA's who left years ago, im not sure how the old PA's set up their manager outlook to forward meeting request to there accounts? I hope this makes so sort of sense, its driving me mad. Regards Eric

What is the speed like if you try to access the shares via the ip address, could be a dns issue?.

You are most likely using ROOT hints on your dns.

Our internal user use the same url ie mail.college.ac.uk, we dont use the internal url.

Our setup would be somethink like: CN: mail.college.ac.uk SN: mail.college.ac.uk ORG: College Dept: IT Services City: Redditch Cou: UK Also you need to import the cert using the powershell: Import-ExchangeCertificate -path c:\mailcrt.pem | Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services IMAP, POP, IIS I also had to enable the new cert after i imported it: Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Thumbprint {thumbprint of new cert} -Services IMAP, POP, IIS I hope this helps

If the cert is being used for you external users web mail, should the common name be exch.school.lea.sch.uk? other wise the cert wont match the url outside the network.

I Agree Ric_ we have just installed Ruckus at our new campus, it offers the best performance and features we have tested. I will be looking to move are 3 other sites over to the Ruckus system.

We are migrating all our student email accounts to live@edu over the summer, we will be using Dell R200, Win2k8 Ent, ILM 2007 FP1, SQL 2008 Stn, as the student email system will need to cope with 15000 students

Has the work stations got roxio on?, if so you will need to update the roxio software as one of the roxio components dose not support IE 8 in that version.
