I always recommend 3 years because it's more cost effective. However, depending on the size of the deal and who it's with, I have been known to secure 3 year pricing with a 3 year contract but you pay us annually

Thanks for the feedback guys. It's good to know your views. You'll always get a better price coming to a reseller than going direct due to trade pricing etc. I've never used it myself so I was keen to see what you guys thought of it. I'll have a play with it

Fair enough then chap. There are always two sides to the story but i respect your opinion. Again, we do installs etc for quite a few of the Edugeekers so I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. The HP bit above was just an example. It can happen with any brand. We also buy certain items in vast quantity & when we do, other resellers can't come anywhere near us. It's just how it works. Again, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience & I hope we can work together in the future
