Morning all! It is a really good bit of kit. Regarding the keyboard, you can get the "productivity jacket" that i would say is a must. You can still use the dock at the same time. @Jon_boy1984 is right in saying that it's self serviceable. There's a video online somewhere showing you how it's done. With it being a new product, you can get eval units but there's around a 3 week lead time. Stock of the actual Elitepad is low at the min but it will be increasing week on week. There are stacks of accessories for it including a multi tablet charging module, docking station and extra rugged cases

They should be able to provide you with your agreement number. They would have placed the order with distribution so even if they've "lost" it, they'll be able to get a copy from the disti. Sounds a bit dodgy to me. If they have added it onto their own agreement, then technically you're not covered as it needs to be in your name. If you do manage to get an agreement number, let me know and I'll try and find out some more info for you

Anyone seen these? I had a play with one earlier and they are very cool. 10.1" screen made from Gorilla Glass 2, Win 8 pro, durable and great connectivity. Plus, because it's part of the "Elite" range, it's biddable so you can get some really good pricing. It starts from around the £450 mark ex vat. Maybe something to replace the demand for iPads in schools????? Thoughts?????

Yes you can change and the point of the 3 year agreement is that the prices will stay the same. It sounds like they're trying to pull a fast one. I'd be suprised if you were actually on a 3 year agreement because most people think they are but they're actually on a 1 year Luke
