I wish I could offer some assistance - I've seen to have hit blank stares whenever I mention Exchange server to Smoothwall. We have a hybrid setup and I've only ventured so far to get OWA and Outlook Anywhere running through it - I've left actual mail flow going through our TMG edge server. You would think Smoothwall would have a technical paper on how to integrate their UTM with Exchange Server, you know, one of the biggest email platforms in the world - I seriously think they have NFI. I hope you manage to figure it out!

Just run the exe and then go to your temp folder (Start -> Run -> %temp%) and pull out the extracted MSI and subsequent files...

Thanks very much for this, I have to admit, I feel like I've walked into a conversation half way through! Could you possibly dot point the process from start to finish? I know that's asking a lot but I just don't quite get what I'm meant to change and how to deploy it.

Hi all, This might sound a bit weird but I'm having some problems with creating collections in SCCM 2012 R2. It's like it's not pulling live data from AD but instead some sort of older/cached data?? For example, we moved all our Grade 7 machines from the Grade 7 OU to the Grade 8 OU and so on with all the year levels. When I recheck membership some weird things start happening such as the collection for Grade 8 shows 9 members and the collection for Grade 9 shows 195 members (should be 94 and 95 respectively). I've left this for a couple weeks (got busy!) and it's still doing the same thing, it looks like it's referencing AD information from a previous point in time and it's not reflecting how AD currently looks. Any thoughts on this? We just started our new school year today, so I need my collections to be working so the right year levels are getting the right software via Software Center. Cheers!

Hi all, I'm deploying through SCCM, no problems deploying via TS using msiexec /i jre1.8.0_25.msi JU=0 JAVAUPDATE=0 AUTOUPDATECHECK=0 RebootYesNo=No WEB_JAVA=1 /q however, when we open the browser (IE11) there is an annoying prompt asking if we want to enable the Java add-on. I thought WEB_JAVA=1 explicitly did that on our behalf, is there anyway to resolve this? I can't rely on users to click "Enable", they'll click on banners to win free iPads but enabling legit plugins is not something most of them are capable of. Cheers!

@Arthur, would you be willing to share the process/steps for creating your MSI package? I think it would be of great benefit to many of us. Of course, if you don't have the time that is fully understandable!

Thanks for the updated posts guys. Turns out browser caching was preventing me from downloading the Linux scratch.air file, everytime I clicked on it I got the Windows scratch.zip download - fired it up in Firefox and now I have the scratch.air file. It's all working well now, thanks, except it tells me that there is a newer version available (even though I literally just downloaded the scratch.air file). Cheers!

Same, the above steps do not work for me, mostly because the Linux .air file does is not available! If anyone could provide more detailed instructions it would be greatly appreciated, I have teachers breathing down my neck! Gah!

Hi all, My first post on these forums, hoping it begins a lot of back scratching! I'm an IT Manager at a small private school (K-12), just looking for some assistance with software restrictions policies. I'm currently rebuilding the policy I inherited as it is essentially an unrestricted policy with blacklisted paths (big/ugly) rather than a disallow policy with whitlistings (of which there would be fewer entries). I'm just a little unsure about what allowances to make for system paths etc., and I'll give a coupld examples; When a student is in Outlook Web Access and tries to open an attachment SR kicks in with a error about loading Word (which normally loads fine) when trying to run from Temp Internet Files folder (which I'd rather actually not whitelist for various reasons). Some students have worked out that they can run self-contained games (ie Minecraft) from a zipped folder without SR detecting it loading from the %temp% directory. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with these two scenarios and/or would be willing to share their SR policies (with particular attention to critical system paths). Cheers!
