Tried it with my recent chrome woes, didnt find anything which was good (or bad really, as I have still got that 5 second lag problem on my PC, thank god its not my chromebook though) I am all for proper removal tools for when things go bang

Such another ridiculous media circus of a trial I thought, whatever the punishment handed out, a woman is dead under an "extremely strange/unbelievable/unrealistic" set of circumstances from what I have read and seen of the evidence reported, overall with this trial the same as with the OJ Simpson/Michael Jackson/Amanda Knox trials I feel the media reporting doesn't help overall in these instances when their ongoing matters in the court. I haven't any issue with filming the goings on in court, that's something thats positive and needs to always have public scrutiny and accountability, I would support that happening in this country too, I just personally have the feeling that its not a good idea to allow the reporting of a trial and its evidence and deliberations while it is ongoing, the potential for influencing any participant/juror/judgement is far too high nowadays.

I am in a bit of a quandry myself, I am out of contract with my phone, was thinking iPhone 6 Plus as I fancy a larger screen phone, but I get the feeling the price is going to be horrible, also ! 16gb is ridiculous now for an entry level premium phone, much wrong with the new stuff with apple I felt but thats a different thread in the making. I am now tempted to just buy a battery for my iPhone 4S and jump with my number from EE to three on a SIM only deal for my iPhone, though I am scared now that when iOS 8 lands its going to wreck my phone and make it slow in the way that 7 did that to my wifes iPhone 4, overnight it became sluggish and "laggy" when using it for no fathomable reason.

you can get decent leases with the government frameworks also, ours here are leased and its very cost effective, the maintenance is necessary definitely, given that konica provide a 4hr response for them going down for us, though be weary, some schools signed unfavourable leases a good while back and it made the news and caused real financial difficulties for the schools involved.

Firefox just flies to the link I want, this has a 5 second + pause here on loading any page. I dont have any proxy settings either, only thing ticked for internet is Automatically Detect Settings Just did a traceroute to youtube and all hops are sub 30ms too.

It wont play videos correctly for me here, it played 2 and now I am getting an "error has occurred" on my home PC, sound is fine. Flash should be obsoleted now for html5 I agree on that !

I am having this problem at home now, I have upgraded flash and youtube is suddenly massively flakey for me, working on some vids, but errors on others. Connection is fine and stable and its on every browser on my machine. Personally I hate this program with a vengeance too, you just know its a poor program when its upgraded every 10 minutes and every fix cures security holes and flaws. On one recent enough occasion it broke IE for us and I had to script its removal so I could then reinstall an older working version on our campus, very frustrating and buggy software imo.

I have a HP 14" chromebook which is very good aside from the few small niggles, i.e. the colour (white was the best of the bad options for me) and RAM options in the UK (this was the only 4gb chromebook) when I bought this, thats the only other thing I felt let the chromebook down - the resolutions available, the panel isnt "bad" imo for a cheap one, it displays everything with clarity, just the resolution options are appalling I think, this one comes with two options 1366x768 which is default and theres a larger option on it of 1536x864 which is pointless as it looks absolutely terrible at that resolution. Even 1600x900 would be a blessing by comparison with the favourites bad on here, everything looks a little squished when browsing, the bars could all do with reducing in size too in the ChromeOS and the address bars the same. That being said, I like the look of the toshiba and its nice to see some larger options becoming available regarding the RAM and flash, but I am not wasteful enough to bin off a laptop and buy new for the sake of it, i tend to hold on to all my purchases until they die a horrible death in old age here.

Is sound enabled on the PC and do you have speakers plugged in ? I haven't to my knowledge moved the webcaches, as I assume thats in the Users directory with the other files in appdata, what I have done is changed the system TEMP variables to my E: drive temp directory and also I have just changed the save locations for "Documents/Videos/Music/Downloads" to the E: drive, the SSD is configured to max reliability using the samsung magician software I will run the tests tonight, its very strange, because it was struggling hard even trying to load a google search using chrome, with no extensions, which was instant before the SSD, to make matters worse chrome is now being outgunned by IE on the machine and I have had to switch to firefox at the moment, which isnt ideal.

Hello Everyone, This is a bit of a shout out to see if someone else has had this issue. About a week ago, I upgraded and rebuilt my machine in the house, installing a decent mobo and a Samsung SSD into the machine, everything has been correctly configured and seems to be running extremely well for the machine, its now booting to desktop within 12/15 seconds from the BIOS screen. I have done a complete OS reinstall sticking Windows 8.1 Pro back onto the machine as a fresh OS installation, I have changed all writes for things like Temps to the other hard drives I have in my machines to after following several guides on SSD optimisation and setup. Chrome though since reinstallation, has ground to a halt completely for me, if I attempt to load any webpage on it, I have a 5/10 second pause before it starts to load in the webpage, where it sits there doing nothing it seems. I have tried the usual things you would try such as "Disabling" extensions, off the machine to the point where I have nothing at all running, I have cleared all cookies and caches and removed and reinstalled the application and I am still getting this problem. It is only having any effect on my windows machine, my chromebook is working superfast as normal here with the extensions. I have checked Flash/Java and they are all up to date as its a recent installation. I am finding that alternative browsers such as Firefox and IE are flying along without a problem on the machine at the moment. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Another poor episode I thought overall, Capaldis Dr needs to start "manning up" as hes a bit weak at the moment, though I do like the "moodier" doctor as opposed to the positively chirpy Matt Smith (he wasnt a bad doctor too imo, just too "happy"), Colemans exit can probably only help this get better I am thinking, as Clara is a bit of a "Know it all" type of assistant, whereas in the past the assistants have "tagged along/needed rescuing" Plenty of stuff to "bed in" with the crying teacher and this Missy character, just wish they would start to get on with it a bit now, instead of dragging the transitional stuff over on it.

We use File Server Resource Manager which is part of windows server here and limit the size of their user directories - years 7-11 have 2gb of space (mimics the same size of the avg USB) 6th form get 4gb of space. I like Capaldi, he has gravitas and seems a lot more world-weary, the assistants though have been having way too much airtime since the revamp a few years back I feel, we just don't need to have them involved massively, in fact the whole "Rose/Amy/Rory" actually detracted from it for me majorly the last few series, I came away last night and did think after just watching it again on iPlayer, that it was a little weird that she was thrown by the differing appearances of the Doctor though considering her "backstory" and having been supposedly interacting with each one. I don't expect much from the opening episodes of a series on a regeneration, as they always have to "bed in", that episode was not great, the dinosaur did nothing much and the "bad guy" had lots of gaping plot holes I felt, first half was taken up with a "mad" tail end of a regeneration. I cannot see it happening without people changing at the top for this program, its struggled since Russell Davies left for me, but the writing has to improve, some of it over the years has been absolutely outstanding - The End of Time was probably the peak for me of the quality writing since the revamp, Tennant/Ecclestones writing was much much better than Smiths, Smith had a peak with Day of the Doctor though, so it is possible under Moffat to get decent writing done it seems.

Thought the new episode was "OK" though I didn't expect much because of the transition it will take a while to bed him in I think, I like Capaldi though, different gravitas and direction to Matt Smith's Doctor for me. Lets hope the writing is decent for this series and not focus on stuff like we had with "Amy/Rory" in series past

My priest, paladin and warriors bags are bursting at the seems with old gear, priest has all sets as it was a main of mine for a long time in TBC and LK and everything was farmed then with ease. Benediction quest was fun as was the hunter epic bow quest.

Makes me glad I have one of the soon to be "Outlawed" Henry vacuums on what I read, thankfully its robust and the "Tank" of vacuums. I ran wow on ubuntu a while back (about 6 months ago) with no issues regarding WINE and that, though I used the "PlayOnLinux" app to configure it all nicely, the only issue I had was because of the fact I seem to regularly alt-tab, that seemed to cause havoc with wow for me and kill my ability to cast spells, constantly having to relog meant that I just stuck myself on Windows for WoW, as I found it impossible to change my behaviour and reprogram myself
