Have watched it since Eposide 1, and I love it too

We've got one. It works well with (end of life, unable to buy more) ProCurve Radio Port 230 APs (J9006A). I didn't set it up but believe it was fiddly and someone from HP came in to do it. I've now got a problem where (newer, but also now EOL?) ProCurve MSM310 APs (J9379A) aren't being detected. I'm wondering if they're even compatible??? I'm not having much luck finding out any info on the web

I went into the printer properties on the server and changed the driver, then added the printer on the workstation. I didn't run any setup.

If an ID and PIN work directly at the copier to do photocopying, should the same combination work when printing to the copier? Because I've changed to the UFR II drive, but I'm now getting a different error when I use a known good ID and PIN: Could not verify the Department ID and PIN specified in Department ID Management EDIT: That's from an XP workstation. When I try the same ID/PIN from the 2003 Server I get: Incorrect Department ID and/or PIN. Specify the correct Department ID and PIN I'm going right off Canon...

If I print directly from the server (2003, not 2008) it works fine. If I print from a workstation to the shared printer it errors. The Server is running a "Canon Driver Information Assist Service" and I think it's this which lets it work. I really don't want to have to install this on all the workstations...

I'm having the same problem with a new iRC5045i. However the Mono iR7095 copier works fine.

Another vote for iTalc here. You can get around the connections problem by patching your TCPIP.SYS file. Google "event id 4226 patch". I've heard good things about MST's product, but never got to see it

When we installed TaskMagic the MSI installed v2.1.3, but when I checked the website there was an upgrade to v2.1.6 - this involved downloading 2 .EXE files to replace. I asked for an MSI installer but was told there wasn't one. I ended up creating a new MSI myself containing the 2 files and installed this over the top of the original MSI. It would be handy if you could provide your future upgrades in MSI format too...
