I think, based on my colleagues experiences over the last few weeks, is that teaching style will be more of a problem than the technology. Those that have tried 'traditional chalk & talk' reported poor results due to inability to 'see' if the message is getting across. So, a different style of lesson is needed for the kids at home, and those in front of you.
