I've never sysprepped a machine with a user's files in situ and I can't find anything via the mighty Google. Can you not clone the hdd using something like DriveImage XML or Ghost and stick it in your laptop and see what happens?

I hadn't consciously noticed anything prior to the visit to the opticians but after the test and speaking to the optician I became aware that there were problems that I hadn't realised the significance of - I have very high pressures in my eyes which now I can tell is an issue as I can feel it and my right optic nerve is now damaged and there is pain at times with it. I also have a problem with myodesopsia - 'floaters' - which I had always assumed was normal. I'm seeing the eye consultant at my local hospital now so hopefully the treatment will be successful.

Oh, hang on I didn't read your post properly - you've sysprepped it - I'll have to check.

If you've created an image of her laptop it will contain all her files and settings.

Go every year - I've just been diagnosed with the early stages of glaucoma - it was picked up by my optician last month and my eyes were fine this time last year. At least if it gets worse I'll get a free dog.

I hold two passports but I don't think the government has a right to know the details.

I think some of the questions were a little too invasive - particularly the one about which passports you currently hold.
