  1. You should consult your records retention schedule, as you have already indicated some students will need to be kept for longer so ensuring your data is marked accordingly is important.

  12. Not familiar with the options in this product but could you not do an overflow on the extension instead? Set it so calls ring 101 for 4 seconds and then overflow to a ring group that is all the ones you need to ring so no pickup needed just wait for it to overflow and as its overflowed it is more likely to show the details on all phones?

    Great to meet you!
  15. Always recommend Audioworks - http://www.audioworks.co.uk they are great and do cover Manchester and do sales fit and hire. Alternatively I have used https://21stcenturyav.com/ who are more national and done a good job
  16. Given I will be seeing him in the flesh in about an hour (when my train delays / chaos finally ends and gets me into London....) I will poke him and his awesome band of merry men to see this thread and give you some love
  17. Worth seeing what @ICTDirect_Dave has for Chromebooks I know he often has some avaliable
  18. You can get some permanent installed cable strip, its metal and designed for permanent use so fix to floor and run cables in that which I have used in a meeting room once to get table to the TV so would work for science lab podium to wall https://evolinestore.com/store/product-category/evoline-add-on/evoline-cable-management/ it is not the cheapest but remember its designed for permanent installation not the down for a few days rubber stuff so designed to be stood on, jumped on, chairs dragged over etc.
  19. The temp classroom thing was my entire education... my primary school in late 80s/early 90s the infants was a temp classroom that was for 5 years.... it took them till 2010s to get rid and have a proper building built! My middle school had 3 moving upto 5 temp classrooms.... then secondary had a couple that were just awful and i did see them destroyed and 8 room block built so did get the benefit from that (although it was far too hot in summer so the "sheds" were better for being cold and drafy all year haha Its awful things are such a state but its not a new thing we just seem to have woken up to the problem?!
  20. One for @ZeroHour to answer
  21. The head in a job early in my career had one, he used to smack it in the cradle and wonder why they broke... He also left it on unplugged all summer and again wondered why it stopped every start of term [emoji58]
  22. I miss those lovely xda and similar phones I had that had windows on them at times.
  23. The question is do you have any records already in place that are for root eg schoolname.co.uk already set on an A record to 12.34.56.78 in your DNS? If yes what is it to and do you use it / need it? If yes then maybe a problem if not or doesn't have one then it should be fine to set to the A record required for the domain.
