I used 3 (cubed) for a while, did the trick and has a slick interface. To play songs at random select shuffle and start listening by playing the song presented - no need to create playlists (although you can)

OK I'll give you my experiences getting my Galaxy Tab connect to our network (WPA2 through a proxy). First off for some reason the GTab doesn't recognise the security protocol as WPA2 but instead sees it as WEP (go figure)! The Tab is stock (froyo 2.2) but rooted (using z4root). I used ProxyDroid (needs root) to set up the proxy details. It allows you identify a 'profile' for a network and automatically apply that profile as soon as the network is detected, this means it will switch to my home network without intervention - cool. I then created a new 'wifi network' (same SSID as the one currently seen by the tab as WEP) with the WPA2 protocol and provided the passcode. I ignored all the inbuilt proxy settings in the GTabs wifi settings'. Some apps can't get through the firewall but all the useful ones work (browsing, market and maps etc). Hope somebody finds this useful

Here's another oddity, phone doesn't appear (or is greyed out) in app list but if you seach for app 'apk' file, download (copy to phone if downloaded from PC) and install works fine (as does app).

I've also noticed that an app won't appear as downloadable to your device in market on-line but you have no difficulty finding it and downloading from your phone - go figure!!!

If you are 'Hosted' you won't have access to the folders, I do believe there is nothing to stop you developing a theme outside the SLG and then have Capita upload/install it for you.

Hi, My first question, so please bare with my noob ignorance. My head of 6th form has asked for a weekly register to record 'concerns' with students, e.g. problems with behaviour, attendance, punctuality etc. He has also asked if there could be a 'hidden' column to record the reason for the concern. I'm not sure why it has to be hidden! So I'm thinking for the main table(marksheet) Student 02/09 03/09 04/09 etc. Student 1 att pun " Studnet n beh Can anybody suggest a method in SIMS to achieve this? Thanks in advance Alvin
