Looks like you're missing the updated App_LocalResources folder from the v9.7 update, double check that's been updated, it looks like a localized string or help file is missing

Did you add the tile via the hapConfig page or directly in the hapConfig.xml file? If directly, remove it from the xml file and use the config page to create it, once it's created, then edit the hapConfig.xml file.
