HAP+ just looks for Authenticated users, redirects to the login screen if they aren't logged in. Make sure you don't try and use the browser on the server to access HAP+ as it may not log in. The only other place to check is the web.config file.

If it's failing to log in it's something to do with your setup. Usually local logon rights, but could also be if the server isn't joined to the correct domain, or you sit in a forest and certain groups are above you,.
