Can you please try doing some http://www.edugeek.net/forums/home-access-plus/86059-hap-json-debugging.html for me? I'll have a look into it on my test pcs now. -
Try wiping the drive clean, i.e. using disk part to delete the partitions on the disk, then try rebuilding using PXE

Ok, it's an issue with the upgrade there, you will need to rename hapConfig.xml to something else, create a new config using the setup page. Sorry, I was never able to find the cause of this upgrade error

[sims] Is SOLUS 3 pretty much impossible to avoid at this stage?
nickbro replied to Sam_Brown's topic in MIS Systems
Been using SOLUS3 for over a year now and no major issues. Got to remember to remove the client from SOLUS when I rebuild the pc before SOLUS gets reinstalled. I've had 3 database incompatible, which is down to those users not closing SIMS down when SOLUS tells them to. Copy the files from my pc to theirs fixes that problem and off they go again -
Hmm, how would this work with the booking week in advanced limit? I will look into it though

Hi @Paul-K I will have to look into this, it's a bit complicated to do. You could do something with your email system, set a rule up that if a subject has a certain word in it "BSS" then forward to Site Manager. Just a case of getting staff to put that in the subject line.
-
@Paul-K: Hopefully fixed in v9.6, done some work on the booking system tonight
-
Yep, error is AD related. You can use the Notes field in AD to say Mr N Brown instead of Nick Brown if you want
-
I will look into the 2 factor auth. It would be this sort of thing though: 1. User logs onto HAP+ 2. User then asks for a code to use on public devices 3. User stores this somehow, or has it emailed to them 4. User can then use that code to log in, which will expire after a set time What do people think of this?

Not possible currently sorry

The url is /hap/bookingsystem/%resource%/display You can also do 2 rooms with /hap/bookingsystem/%resource%_%resource%/display, if you edit the ~/bookingsystem/display.aspx file. The %resource% is case sensitive

The something is wrong error message means that Local Logon rights aren't set up on the server

Rooms only work on Laptops or Equipment resource types. In your hapConfig you have assigned the rooms to the Hall, which is a room.

ok, I will have to look into this
