Its a module to list staff Members , saves me writing a table thats the same version i found . seems to be a few bugs Loads of people have the latest one installed.. But no download links !

I know a long shot but does any one have the latest version of Staff Master ? Only one i seem to be able to find is a old version

Yep i agree , first time i had ever really used photoshop to create a image . so didnt think i did to bad with it .. What colour would you suggest instead of the orange ?

ok i decided to go back to told design , a few tweaks and i have got it to work on smaller resolutions 1024x768 now displays correctly if any one has some spare time today please give it a test Welcome To Grays Convent School Just the main page as im still adding content Thanks luke

i got to the bottom of the problem with the template . I.e 7 just didnt like it .. lol any way i have started on a new one Welcome to the Frontpage Just working on the design atm , not to sure about the background .. should there be a gradient ? what do you think..

heres how i tend to use it i do a room at a time , i also separate the room from the rest of the network i then plug my laptop with the software on into that switch and it normally works unsure what mode you use uni cast or multicast . But when one didn't work i swapped modes and did it that way ... was quite a bit slower but worked

I originally designed it for 1024x768 on the fluid setting all perfect in Firefox .. as soon as it hit IE things was moving all over the place .. i am a bit of a css noob so couldn't go too in depth with making it work so decided on a fixed width alternative Thanks every one for the comments !

Hi Guys , just finished my basic joomla template .. has been taken out of maintenance mode for showing prospective parents. ( will only be showing the front page) Apart from the lack of content .. How is it displaying on every ones machine ? I had to take the fluid layout off because it mucked about to much in IE . So is best viewed i think in 1280x1024 Welcome to Grays Convent School

around 600 students 4 suites of 30 machines around 70- 80 laptops Near enough every room has a IWB about 7 rooms with 6-8 machines in each I am the only tech/manager

What type of account is he using .. how are printers applied are printers removed at logoff

Not sure how to test this as it does not seem constant basically a specific domain e.g. council.gov.uk have been having problems emailing us . sometimes they come through straight away and sometimes they wait for the resend date to which they must have set at 7 days ! we are on a Wireless Connection here in the school so that could possibly be the issue don't seem to be having any problems with any other domains , checking GFI mail essentials emails seem to be coming through all the time and i have tested emails from other external accounts and they come through straight away After 7 days if it can still not resend the original sender at the council gets the following This is the mail delivery agent at messagelabs.com. I was not able to deliver your message to the following addresses. Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1) Despite repeated attempts, this message could not be delivered. Any one had similar problems

yes managed to find that my self Going to give it a go tomorrow on a different pc going to grab the fmsinstall file and signature from the server in setups, install the native sql program and also copy the fms ini file from another machine and hopefully it will work

Dont supose any one has a link to a ISO image for all the install software for client machines Capita seems to be taking yonks to send me any thing

looking these are already setup as well as me deleting and re - adding . the external IP address setup for for e.g. our VLE .. should i not be able to browse this ? i can ping it fine .. but with the proxy enabled i cant browse at all

i will assume i will need to make a forward lookup zone ? primary ? seconday or a stub ?

should have stated that the actual servers are stored on the students side of the network 10.146.8.* , the admins have there own DC and DNS server. from the students network i can NOT access the mail or VLE from the full name e.g. (http://vle.school.sch.uk) , or the Public facing IP address . I can only access from the Internal Address . As soon as the proxy is removed i can access all ok ?

ok heres how its happened our cisco router went down and the council came and replaced it and setup all the bits. we have two networks on different subnets , there are allowed to speak via the router our admin network is on 10.144.2.* students is 10.146.8.* prior the the router going down everything was hunky dory. now you can not access the web based email using the external outside address on the student network same goes for the VLE which are both on different servers. An Internal IP address works fine , as well as the DNS Name. On the main STUDENT server there is a access to the web with or without the use of a proxy server .. when i turn on the proxy i cant access web mail or VLE , turn it off and it works fine . ( proxy is hosted with the local authority) All sites work fine on the Admin network ( they use the same proxy) , and from an outside address ?? outlook the program works fine as well .. from all computers Any ideas ?

any one having problems with the latest version ? I can no longer Do multiple Logins .. If i try and logon to every machine using a designated account the control software crashes and wont reconnect the the Italc clients untill each one has been reset ? ( using windows 7 as the master computer ) ( XP as clients) Also student show demo still has the same problem as before , where as the teacher needs to click there screen to update the screen on each client ( But the students demo shows up perfect on the teachers machine) any one else got this latest one installed ?

Thanks MYK for your Help I basically created a OU outside the COmputers OU and put 1 machine in it , so it was only applied the settings in the Student OU and Loopback and printers and it worked perfect , so it was basically an exisiting script that was under Computers so went through and removed them , and rewrote in the correct places . Now all seems well and working
