Thanks Witch, thats my next stop to contact all the local Schools and Colleges. i used to work at a Secondary's so i know most larger Schools will have a Equipment refresh Cycle in place. A Computer 5- 6 years old would be massve progress for this school

Okay this is a little desperate, I've taken over an Infant school were the equipment is very old its going to take some time to replace with nothing happening till next years budget. The only decent kit they have is an Admin server , Admin station and 5-6 staff laptops. The curriculum network is very bad! With this in mind is anyone scrapping any decent computers or Laptops we could have? In fact i would consider any ICT equipement that could be of use, including a server. I will collect as long as its Birmingham or Midlands ( or close)

Is there a method that would allow me to of download a copy my wifes wordpress site (Just Rebecca Photography - Rebbeca's Wedding and studio Photography Blog) rebuild and reorganise the site with a new template and upload it again overwiting the existing site? or any other method which would allow me to update and edit the site with out disturbing the exisiting live site? we have alot of traffic going to this site and i dont want to take it offline.

would be easier use "image1.jpg, image2.jpg" in lowercase! leave the other bit for now just resize and optimise those images to the correct size first -the correct size for the images should be width: 430, height: 300,

whooooo your images sizes are 7.6mb!!! no wonder it takes an age to load...resize and optimize the images first

Ensure that the image's name is lowercase, without spaces or symbols - "DSC_0141.png"....also try rezing the images to the exact size and changing resize from true to false this may speed the images loading Also Rokslideshow supports png's or jpg's all you need do is point to the right directory? file names must be lowercase though.

Try using Jpg's instead of Png's....the images are really slow to load at first...png's do have issues with Ie7 if i remember correctly

Link 2 site? have all the images been edited to the same size? Used that slide show years ago so may be able to help if i can see the site
