As for whether they get any back from them for that I don't know though.

If you mean two routers connected separately simultaneously to the DSL line then no you can't but you could look at an additional wireless access point wired (or wirelessly) back to the router to give you better coverage. The other thing you could try is those powerline adapters but I've never used them so don't know if they are up to much.

If you can get the data (the web side and the moodledata folder) and a sql dump you will be fine. If the usernames are different then you could go through and rename them or yeah start afresh. As for supporting it, it depends how much of it you do at the moment but I suspect with a bit of time you will be fine.
