I applied the Autumn Release 2 on Tuesday evening and since then we've had a rash of teachers complaining about lack of access to parts of Sims. Seems most people (everyone?) have had group membership removed for certain groups and left them with minimal permissions. Has anyone else experienced this?

yeah I've had the hot lava java, good stuff but strong. I usually drink Rave Signature blend (purchased on amazon, usually roasted the day before despatch, and I grind myself)

Yeah I've gone to 1-2 cups before 12pm only. I missed it for 24 hours once and got a headache for the next 24-36 hours out of it. not good

I had trouble getting great sleep the first couple of days back this week, perhaps it will pass. as mentioned fresh air is good, no device (blue light) too close to bed, no coffee after lunch, no alcohol, try to keep the room as dark as possible. I religiously have warm milk with honey about 30-40 mins before bed

Ok good plan, we're just going virtual bit by bit at the moment, i'm migrating to a new virtual sims machine, hence the need for a short term backup solution (until we buy into a more comprehensive/updated solution for all our servers) So I will experiment with that in the new year

doh! I saw the files were zipped but figured it would never compress that much, just unzipped one and all is well With sql/sims what would be a good restore test? (i.e. without disrupting a live system)

just testing this before migrating to sql 2012 (which our current version of backup exec doesn't support) The full backups (of the sims db) are only ~640Mb in size whereas the mdf file is 2.9Gb, do you know why this might be?

IE11 also doesn't support RemoteApp in Win Server 2008R2 (Incorrect browser error) Using Exchange 2010 here and yesterday a member of staff complained about OWA (I figured it was down to conversation view), when we both tried OWa on my machine there was no preview or conversation mode, or hardly any of the options I was expecting to see. Seeing this topic made me check and sure enough, my machine has upgraded to IE11 MS = Idiots.
