agreed. If the server is working then so should the workstations, have you checked the name and the ports. Check that the server is allow remote access on the port and check that the workstations can see the server and that there is not a DNS issue

1.check what address is delivered via DHCP. A sky router should deliver an address to all devices which will include the details of the gateway. 2. Attach via Cable and see what happens. If this has only happened since the SKy router went in there may be a confilict with a different device using the same chanel ie a neighbours router or a wireless telephone etc. 3. try with a different device

It would be useful to know what the Ip address scheme is. Equally is this a new box or has it been inplace for a while?

I do agree with Matt40k in principle but would point out that whilst any patch should be able to go onto SOlus there are often times that Capita will not use solus if the patch is a site specific patch. I have raised this with Capita on several occasions.

you shouldn't need a passport as such. What you actually need is an approved for of Id that includes a photograph. Whilst this is a bit ridiculous as travelling by Train you don't need to have the same id. Worth noting that nowerdays you often need a photographic form of ID to get into nightclubs etc

but did you buy enterprise with a proc licence or a standard licence. For the proc licence you will need a licence for each of the physical procs on the server, and do not need CALS. If you bought standard then you will need a cal per user
