In my view the problem with football in this country is the need for immeidiate success. If some of the young players that come through from many exellent academies and smaller clubs are given time to develop then we can look to producing a team that will win competitions. However we seem to expect that players will be like Rooney and Lampard and make an impact at a very early age. The top teams also appear to be more than happy to buy talent where it is needed rather than develop it.

before appealling you need to be sure there are signs on the school fence or wall highlighting that there are parking restrictions. If there is a sign then you may find that the fine is applicable even though the markings have been removed due to raod works

I had a successful appeal against parking on double yellow lines that had not been repainted after the road had been dug up. The responsibility to maintain the road markings to an acceptable standard lies with the local authority. The standard approach is to issue a fine and wait to see if the person appeals. If they don't appeal then the LA is the winner and many peopl eare to unsure of their rights to actually go through with an appeal

why not use the dbattach with switches to backup the sims database? dbattach /backup /server=servernamehere\instancename /database=sims /user=????0 /password=??????? /auto This will create a backup in the backup folder os SQl If space is an isseu you can then use the tidybackup routine that Matt created and posted here on edugeeks a while ago
