    Why not just do an automatic logon to a domain account and keep using policies for lock down and also be able to push web plugin updates out as well.

    Why not make use of a class A range 10.10.*.* for example so you dont conflict with them and then get the mappings changed.

    If you are i using shared printers - change the default printer properties on the server and this should apply automatically to users who have it mapped.

    Log on as an admin, disable offline files, clear the offline cache and reboot, then log on and see how it behaves.

    Robocopy robocopy /B /E /COPYALL /r:0 /w:0 /LOG:C:\Copyresults.txt create as a scheduled task and do one for each day for a weeks worth if needed and makes desitation monday, tuesday etc.

    Power Blip caused by the kitchens being turned on or some other such event - can you temporarily put the AP on a UPS and see if its any better?

    Look at talk talk, tv, phone, broadband at a great price and good speeds, mobile look at EE for excellent coverage (Best in the UK now as 2 networks combined to make it)

    Yes you can downgrade and use 2010 (same with server you can only buy server 2012 now but use 2008 r2 etc)

    I think we should all call for a "top earners pay cut in the public sector" - eg all government employees earning in excess of say £120,000 take a 6/7 % cut - think how much this could save us and they would all still be earning in excess of £108,000!
