I currently have a 20gb Premium that's over 2 years old and hasn't RROD'd yet! *Touch wood, star jump etc..* But WHEN it breaks (I'm hoping it does so I have an excuse) I will be getting a 250gb slimline. If you find something you are supposed to take "reasonable steps" to find the owner. If it is not reasonable to find the owner you can keep it. In the case of £80,000, it is such a large amount of money it is reasonable and practical to hand it in / find the owner. The same could be said for a wallet that has forms of ID in it. However for £5 it may be impractical or too difficult for a reasonable person to locate the owner.
