I set up a NAS unit recently as a proof of concept, we only wanted it to snapshot our Xen Server so the specification is very low: Dell 210L - Pentium 4 3.20Ghz - 2Gb DDR2 RAM - 2 x 1 Tb SATA2 HDD's in RAID 1 OS: FreeNAS 7.3 Sabanda running from USB flash drive. It takes a snapshot no problem and has been used to backup the Staff areas using Symantec Backup Exec (Which we already use for main backups) Total Cost: £0.00 (Had everything lying around - Bargain)

No not at all, since the start of the thread was about the Tory manifesto I continued the theme. I'm very much aware that hypocrisy is present across all political parties. And no LeMarchand, my heart was removed when I realised MP's are all as bad as each other. Isn't that a sad state of affairs when at 22, I voted in my first ever general election and I already feel like that?

A young man tries to get into a night-club, only to be told by the bouncer that he isn’t allowed in without a tie. Crestfallen, he heads back to his parked car to see whether he has anything in there that he can use as a tie. Unfortunately, the best he can do is the set of jumper cables that he keeps in the car, which he nevertheless improvises into a sort of neckwear by tying around his throat, and marches back to the night club entrance. The bouncer stops him, saying “Oi – didn’t I tell you you needed a tie?” to which the bloke responds by indicating his jump-lead neckwear. “All right then” says the bouncer, “I’ll let you in. Just don’t start anything”.

1. It isn't backlit so am I right in assuming it's not great in dark environments? 2. Is it worth £150? I have a lot of books I want to read but I'm lazy and don't seem to get the time to read them, for some reason I'm under the impression that buying a Kindle will get me reading a lot more. Does anyone else think like this or is it just me?
