I do know that Essex County Council and Civica Group PLC have developed somthing called "Extractor". Basically it automartically extracts users information and creates their account on sharepoint. If you edit ir create users in SIMS extractor does all the work during a specified time. Not sure if you could contact either of those and work a deal out It does work perfectly!

The software is AMAZING in everyway, for example; - You can set up virtual tripwires - You can listen to audio or talk though a PA. - You can control PTZ - Maps can be created for easy viewing of CCTV Its just amazing.
