If they are the owner of that sheet then they should see it (in the sense that they are the Class Teacher, not the HOD). If not then they will not see it. Are they the 'owners' in Course Mangement? I assume that you use the standard 'Class Teacher' Permissions in SYSMAN?

You are mis-reading the words that I have typed! As have so many others in the past. I have made no denigrating comments re. GroupCall as I have no experience of it - apart from the visits we made to schools using communications packages before we made the decision on which to adopt here! That is now a good many years ago! We use Schoolcomms here and we are totally satisfied with them! I do not want to comtemplate moving to any new providers of anything (apart from CHQ for the Extra-Curricular that is!), as replacements to what works excellently here, until I have 'retired'.

We don't use GroupCall and I have WP7. So I am truly snookered! Hopefully we will one day see Capita (or Schoolcomms!) themselves produce similar apps and include WP7!

Not really! We could not successfully install - until yesterday (the day that the evaluation form should have been returned)! Mind you, as a result, Capita now have two issues that they have to resolve before Spring. So I have been of some use even tho' I could only do a minimal amount of testing today.

They do - you have alluded to it. It is NovaP. That is one of the Nova suit of programs that I did not use in pre-SIMS time! So I cannot comment on it. There is some discussion on SupportNet though! Seems I posted too late!

Maybe your SLT have learned a lesson from this! They simply have to wait for these things until the guys that know sort things out! And yes - I do say this sort of thing to our SLT, if they are pushing for something too quickly!

If this has been caused by the exmas error then I would contact your Support Desk. There may be a generic patch available, as I am sure that you will not be the only school affected in this way if it is a genine software error.

Not all the NT4 Reporting functionality has been replicated in SIMS.net yet which is why many of us still maintain NT4. The Route in NT4 is File, Multiple Printing Tasks, Timetables, Student Timetables, Select Students using Query. Then select Students 'With Free periods'. This report will obviously deliver all the timetables for any amount of missing lessons, but at least it narrows the search down for you! You can select certain years so that you could filter out Year 12 & Y13 if you are looking for younger Students. You would obviously have to Untick 'Show Excluded Periods', in Parameters, if you have Reg Periods etc. set up in this way!

You can have them in the same Reg Group tho' and assign them to the correct Session via the Part-time route above!

The procedure is pretty simple. You can have the pupils in either one Nursery Class (Reg Group) or two, as you can define each pupil individually!

You probably need to set up the 2 nursery classes (AM & PM) so that they contain part-time pupils! On SupportNet refer to:- KB80731 - Part time pupils in Attendance 7.
