Err, so you want to apply the .currentpage class to the link to whichever page the user is currently on? Have you looked at the slug? You could create a variable, store some/all of the slug depending on how much of it you need and then use that in the if statement when applying the css class? Edit: I'm sure someone with better knowledge than mine can clarify but the strpos() function returns a number if that substring exists and false if it doesn't, I know the number will be a truthy value but maybe you could try using != false instead: if (strpos($url,\'debug-index.php\') != false) { echo \' Page1\'; } else { echo \' Page1\'; }

The entire JS is contained in the of the document, the actual HTML is only a few lines long. Maybe it's worth looking at whether it's possible to block JS running if the file was accessed locally?

Ok so it's not a solution but it is a workaround if anyone else has this problem: I had to edit the XML in VSCode: I deleted half the pupil records and tried again, maybe there's some kind of file size/pupil count limit that causes the upload to fail on the back end.

Has anyone used the manual blank system setup for Bromcom? I've followed all the steps and have the basic pupil details, when I try and import the CTF generated from our old MIS (Pupil Asset/Horizons) the Bromcom UI gives me a summary matching all records from the CTF with a pupil record already generated from a previous CSV import and a 'success' message but the import must eventually fail because only about half the pupils have their details updated with info from the CTF. Has anyone else got any experience with this?

I have a problem with a Promethean AP9-A65, it initially works fine and after about 15 or 20 minutes hangs so badly it sometimes looks like it's frozen all together. Some pen controls can remain functional but most of the time the whole thing becomes completely unresponsive. Powering the board off completely means it'll work again for a short time before the problem returns, I've tried unplugging everything from the board and operating from the built in OS and also connecting a laptop via usb-c. The problem occurs in both modes and the laptop will also become totally unresponsive, at least until it's then unplugged from the board. The board is fully up to date. I noticed there's a Promethean support page and I've registered but each product needs an ActivCare Plus activation code before I can get the warranty info I need to access support. I don't recall being given this, do I need to register somewhere separate for that or do I need to contact my reseller? Thanks

I set up a google workspace account and bought the domain through google domains. I bought some server space from Host Gator and configured it all through its C-Panel. I think there's a website builder included but I had to write my own which I maintain using an FTP client called Filezilla. I don't know if that's a bit much but it's quite simple, let me know if you're interested.

One of my earliest memories was playing around on my dad's Viglen 286 PC and finding 'wolf.exe', which turned out to be Wolfenstein 3D. He wasn't impressed when he caught me.

I get that error regularly when asking it a question, both at home and at work and it normally takes a few refreshes before a question sticks. I've assumed it's their servers struggling with the amount of traffic they're receiving.

Primary school teachers take a lot of photos and while it's more or less habit for them to save the pics to google drive and print from their laptops it would be nice if the ipads had some more page layout options. Currently on their laptops they have a selection of 1/2/4/9 etc... pictures to a page, although I think that's a feature that comes with the printer driver rather than a built in windows function? Is there maybe an app of some kind anyone can recommend that would do the same? At the moment they're kind of limited to one photo per page which isn't practical.

How complex does the generated timetable need to be? Sounds like you may need a few back end scripts and some form of rudimentary database. In terms of creating a nice front end form, for ease of use I would check out bootstrap, as it'll minimise the amount of CSS you'll have to use.

I've entered the coming academic year's term dates into a Google Calendar and I would like to add them to the school's website as a basic pdf for parents to print off (instead of the standard list in table format), Google Calendar's print options don't really let me get the info looking how I want it so I wondered if anyone knew of an app or website that will allow you to upload your calendar dates in ICS/CSV format and allow you to make something a bit more printable?

I tried the hardware reset and it had no effect, but I logged in to the device using the on screen keyboard and once in I then had a notification that caps lock was on (even though nothing was being typed in uppercase), I turned it off and voila! The shift keys began working again. Strange behaviour but there you go. I thought I'd update for the sake of good etiquette, just in case someone else encounters the same problem! Thank you both for the help.

As the title suggests, I have a HP Chromebook 11 G6 EE that doesn't respond when either shift key is held. Every other key on the keyboard works as intended so I doubt its physical damage. I've tried a powerwash and that didn't help. Anyone else have this problem? The caps lock (alt+search) does work.

As the title says. The LED light is flashing white and then off in roughly 5 second cycles when plugged in at the mains, LED briefly flashes orange when power button is pressed. HP support website has nothing but broken links and missing documents for LED diagnostics. I wondered if anyone here knew what it was likely to be. Laptop is only 2 years old. EDIT: Caps lock is also flashing. EDIT 2: NVM it was the power lead.

That's the option I've tried and it doesn't seem to work in some rooms, the image continually appears and disappears, i can only think the distance is too far. Thanks, can I amplify the signal using a hdmi to vga adaptor? The audio isn't an issue, that plugs in to a separate amp.

While we're on the subject of projectors, a lot of our classrooms have ceiling mounted ones that flicker when you try to use HDMI connections, I've been told this is because the distance from the laptop to the projector is too great. Anyone have any advice on how to connect projectors to newer machines? VGA to HDMI adaptors also flicker and I'd rather not have to get scaffolding in to run new cables/signal amplifiers up to the roof if I can.

What would your recommendations be for a good recycling service? I'm sure I read RM did a "money off your next purchase" type deal if you traded in your old devices but I can't seem to find it on their site. EDIT: I should probably make it clear this is for a load of old RM MiniPC desktops.

Hi, We have a few children that spend a lot of time in class on their Chromebooks and one has apparently been Googling some inappropriate stuff (primary school). There doesn't seem to be a way of revealing what that user was searching for in the Admin console, but there is a setting called Web and App activity that I can switch on. As the child is under 13 I need parental permission. Currently if I log in as that child on the device in question and look at their browser history, none is listed. Anyone got any suggestions on how we can monitor that child more effectively?

We changed from Sims to Pupil Asset/Juniper Horizons at the start of the academic year and none of our programs that use Wonde have updated. Heard nothing from their support and the phone number just plays an automated message with the support email address. Edit: Wonde just got in touch, also, one of the apps that had out of date student info doesn't actually use Wonde I should know better than to take at face value what the head is telling me!

How do I get the iplayer in uhd? I'm using a firestick and the picture is awful.
