    I was thinking you'd log in as student, elevate procmon to admin, and then run steinberg as student user. procmon as admin would be able to monitor student's processes.

    you can filter it, right click on a line with the process you want and click include

    FreePBX or 3CX are great, handsets are about £30 or £40 if you want gigabit passthrough, should save about 80% of your costs

    wacom say their older devices have limited functionality and they're working with google, so nothing yet

    DE-15 VGA connectors use pin 12 as an i2c bus, pin 15 for the clock, and pin 9 for 5V power so you can read the chip in the monitor when it's powered off, so check those pins on your cables too.
