Good morning Support, Hope you are well. I support a school that uses ActiveInspire on a daily basis, we have had terrible trouble so I downloaded the latest version, and from what I hear it made the issues even worse. The software is closing randomly, crashing not saving work. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 and Java. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the software, deleting user accounts from computers, re-installing windows, checking drivers and I've tried opening files directly from the computer rather than a server share but nothing has worked for me. I really need a fix asap. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next. Regards, Simon

Hi All, I have an issue with a couple of our VM's. for some reason they won't update and i get an error message when i try to run troubleshooter. Anyone know of a fix for this? Cheers!

Hi Fellow Tech's I need to deploy Smart Notebook 2012 via MDT but i don't know what the silent command is? - I have a valid product key which i would like to auto activate too. Would someone mind pointing me in the right direction please or if so, provide me the silent command. TIA!
