Plus my carbon footprint is HUGE as I NEVER use low power standby etc because half the apps crash! So I like to have a nice wallpaper. Mine is currently a photo of my car. It is a few months old now so need a new one! I used to love the vista grass as I use the MS Zune Noir theme

My machine is rarely locked when I'm in my office (and even if it was, the power saving turns the monitor off after 3 minutes), and even non-maximised apps fill most of the screen, leaving just the bit round the edge which is typically the boring bit of a picture.

linuxgirlie Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 rofl, I totally agree, I actually only have one desktop so the spinny cube doesn't really work very well, partner uses up to four desktops as once though, keeping different desktops for different kinds of work, so I could see why it might be more useful in that sense.
