Xbox 360.

 

I decided to go up a level of difficulty for a change and im either just drawing or losing...... mind you playing as Preston North End its quite normal!

 

Havent played all the features of it but at the moment i like the match day feature.

I am, on PS3. Started playing ultimate team for the first time...struggling to win a game at the minute!

 

It's a bit stupid really. I bought the game on release day and the only teams I've played are full of top gold players. Not great when my team is full of division 3 bronze players. Don't know if this is normal or due to the fact my XP has carried over from FIFA 12 so I'm already on level 79.

 

Mind, hasn't stopped me getting promoted 2 seasons on the trot :) . Just wish I could generate enough coin to buy a squad!

Found something last night which may explain this. If you goto EAS in the main menu (X button on xbox) you will find a store which you can spend your FIFA coins in (not your FUT coins). In there you will find things such as "Receive an extra 1000 coins per match for the next 15 matches in FUT".

 

Finally I might be able to buy some players with a rating above 81!!

Didnt know about that! Are FIFA coins the ones I have loads of from playing career mode or are they the ones you have to buy?

 

Also an easy way to get a few gold players to use/sell is to do all the manager tasks - free gold pack :)

 

Finally won my first online game last night, at the 7th attempt! The UT servers have been terrible, hardly been able to get on for the last week

The ones you get from career mode (XP and XP level...). The good FUT items are at level 30-50, and then around level 70-100.

 

Now that I am getting 1500+ coins per match I've finally got some good players; Eto'o, Doumbia, Honda. Next purchases IF Honda (98 rating for curve, 93 for accuracy, and 89 for long shots!!) and Hulk. :)

Just need to sort Hulks formation and position but since I got him for £12k+ less than the going rate I'm not complaining.

 

In the 1st division now. TBH I think they need a premier division as it's not been exactly hard to get there; champions each season so far. Maybe I play it too much but I was expecting it to be harder.

Well I finished my first go in the 1st division 1 point shy of winning. Xbox crashed for one game so missed out on a potential 3 points which annoyed me but on reflection if I had won it first go I'd probably be more annoyed as I would have nothing to do for another year.

 

 

Come on, is no one else playing FIFA? Several of my mates have actually bought xboxes just to play FIFA 13!

I'm surprised how easy it has been as well, I'm only in division 3 so far but I haven't been playing a huge amount. It just seems a lot of people I play arn't very good? And I wouldn't class myself as a great player!

 

It does make me laugh the amount of teams I play where they haven't made any effort to get the chemistry and preferred formation right, they've just picked their favourite players...they invariably don't do very well

I'm having to go the other way, no-one on Xbox so will need to buy a PS3 to actually play anyone I know

So you basically have the spainish team lol, I really like the mode where you can play as one player in a league againast others. Very addictive!

 

Does it look like i have a spainish team?

 

I have BPL team. Yeah i have started to play be a pro mode and its really good this year.

Well that's me won the 1st division, with 2 games to play too :)

 

Got a goal on the 5th minute, wasn't a good goal at all, one of those "keeper saves it, striker heads it in the back of the net, nothing the defence could do about it" goals. Heart racing for the next 85 minutes lol.

 

Now what? Got a few games to play in the single player league but it's boring playing the computer. Was half expecting there to be a hidden premier league but nope... :(

i played fifa 2012 but not the 2013 because of my graphics card damaged. fifa 2012 was awesome hope that 13 will be good.

Well I got my first dose of "Invisible ball syndrome" the other day. EA are class at coding...

Just completed my first season on career mode as a player and caame 10th, not bad considering im crap at the game and I went up a level of difficulty.

 

Also been playing various other modes. not really a fan of FUT.

 

my favourite mode is career.
