One of the schools im currently managing is looking to go with a wireless system but im unsure who go with if you could answer the few questions below it would be a great help. What type of Wireless Setup did you go with? How many AP's? How many Controllers? What was the rough cost of it also? -
Personally you could go for a Tape Solution or a NAS. Personally i use a NAS in all of my primary schools. You can get some good NAS for like 250 pound these days and there are more popular then the tape Solution.

Our caretakers do it all. Only time i get called down is when the police need a copy. but that is soon changing too.

I used to work at a school who did this with these Sixth Form Students. There offered Ipad or a samsung Galaxy. I think there used a company called Square Group. Im not 100% Sure tho. I basically think there had to put a depoist down first to reserve one and then go from there. I was not really involved much. I just had to configure them.

Personally i think it comes down to where the school see ICT going, How far there wanna go with it and if there have the Budget to go with there plans. I know that 6 primary schools that are not that good. about 3 of them are wanting to go down the ipad, imacs, new computers and wireless and the other 3 the headteacher is stuck in 1950's ha ha

Well im Network Manager to 12 primary schools and i have to say there are very different. i have about 5-6 primary schools that basically have 1 server to do everything, there are all running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition,This is soon going to change to two servers. All of these primary schools out of that 5-6 have 1 ICT suite which have 16-20 5 year old machines in there. Running Windows xp and 2 GB Ram, which was upgraded by myself. Previously only had 512mb ram. The other 6 Primary schools are very posh schools, there have 3 servers running Windows 2008 R2, All setup in racks with Air con and its got a dedicated server room. these schools also have 2 ICT Suites with 25 brand new Dell SFF i5 desktops, there also have a Apple Mac Room with 10 Imacs and 25 iPADS. These schools also have a full Ruckus Wireless System installed.

The way we have done this was to get the code from twitter for thr feed. put the code in a HTML editor. We used Alleycode (Free Source) save the file has a html file. Then you simple upload to your folder in frog. Copy the path to clipboard. then go to the page you want the feed on and edit page...go to Media...embed website and paste the path in the box. DONE!
