Hi Guys,

 

I'm sure that there are many other threads on this, but what's your annual budget?

 

I'm only after three bits of info, Budget, Users and Client Devices (so I can get easily compare!)

 

People from the UK only please :-)

890 on roll

550 client PC's

It varies from year to year dependant on what is in the IT development plan for the year, but it averages at around 100K. 1200 users 710 clients and attached kit such as IWB, projectors and printers.

= £83 per student

£80 to £120 per student, it changes a fair bit year to year depending on what we need.

so far about £200 plus the cost of RM, and MS licensing... 700 machines 1400 students.

I just got given a sum a lot less then 10k to do all maintenance and upgrades with, we have 900 kids on roll and about 400 devices.

 

I reckon including all licensing, Internet feed etc, I will spend about £45k (maximum) this year. So about £45 per student.

£25k + £8k repairs. £8k has to cover all paper and inks / Toners.

700 Students, 350 PC's.

40k minimum for internet, licences, consumables, maintenance etc for 1,400 clients and 1,550 users.

 

When we do a major network overall or project then we are provided with an additional budget required to match the needs.
