Fleetwood Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 but its the noise i want lol The BEST thing.. about THIS CAR.. is the NOISE. It is the BEST CAR..... in the WORLD.
SYNACK Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 but its the noise i want lol Solely from a noise POV get an HSV, you get a very full helping of the V8 sound and feel (infrasound). I prefer my cars to handle though hence my car will still beat one in most conditions that are not a straight line with a run up. The V6 sounds alright to and are a much more advanced engine block that puts out a good bit of kick. I think FPV does a Typhoon which is the 8 supercharged and must sound epic but they had a nasty habit of eating gearboxes and driveshafts along with anything in their path.
Earthling Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 prefer an old mustang myself if i could afford/be bothered to import though id get a current (or as close as i could afford) falcon fpv from australia/new zealand correct hand drive just in k's not mph and i suspect the v8 id want would rob me blind in fuel lol 1966 Mustang is the only car that could tempt me away from my Z3. Never mind the muscle, feel the Cool.

CHR1S Posted November 26, 2012 Posted November 26, 2012 Still in my BMW 123d M-Sport - 3 years now (longest I've ever owned a car) and I'm still, just, 29! Other than the initial outlay the running costs have been great, serviced by a mate who is a police mechanic. Would love to trade up to a nice Jaguar XF, maybe in another year :-p
