I promised that we would get back to the proper surveys instead of those IT related ones ... and for one week only we have a chance to discuss a moral dilemma ... the most evil person / character in the world ...

And you are not allowed to say "Me" when putting a comment in for the 'other' section ...

Only I am allowed to do that.

An SMTP error pops up each time the forum tries to e-mail someone (like in this thread). It's been like it for as long as I can remember. Any ideas?

My drill instructor from entery into the nave he was evil and hated every one and every thing i am sure of it. He made me bunny hop around a marching squad and then made them dubble (march very fast) while i bunny hopped faster with a rifle above my head for ten mintues. My legs were like jelly for days. but it was not just me we all ended up doing it as he thought we were crap.

Definitely George W...

I was going to argue but in all honesty I can't, he's really doing the same thing as most terrorist leaders like Bin Laden. They all have a cause and they all justify what they're doing against that cause.

So yeah, I'd probably second that. Whether he means to be evil or not he has the blood of tens of thousands on his hands and no doubt started feuds that will continue for generations.

What's an emporer? :p

I think a pretty evil character is the Borg Queen from Star Trek, at least in First Contact anyway. She was a bit... toned back in Voyager tbh.

UAC, for failing to follow a few simple rules of planetary colonisation:

1) When your life depends on the structural integrity of your base/space station, keep it well lit. Dark corners and unlit passageways invite unobserved problems and make excellent hiding places for demonic hordes.

2) Emergency lighting is your friend. Self-contained lights that can run off batteries for days have existed since the 20th century. USE THEM.

3) Teach your space marines how to use a pistol and flash light at the same time. Television actors pretending to be cops can do it, so can they.

4) Keep hidden compartments, passageways, and crawlspaces to a minimum. This will drastically reduce construction and maintenance costs by keeping the design simple, and make it far easier for a lone marine to save all of humanity.

5) Develop lock down procedures. They're useful in the event of a sudden loss of pressure to prevent your entire base from leaking air out a single fracture. They can also come in handy when your absurd experiments fail and you find yourself surrounded by blood-thirsty monsters. Seal all the doors. Combine this with #4 so that they can't simply bypass the doors by crawling through unnecessarily large ventilation shafts or open ceilings.
