Our three new Hyper V hosts each have 128GB RAM.... hosting round 25 servers between them though in a failover cluster. And they could take another 16GB RAM each

The chasis front is the same as my 7110 storage box, well bar the Optical drive, but the rest is the same design

oooooo...... BABE!!!!! Its been 6 years since I have seen one of those. We had one of these in final design phase when I was working back at Eurosoft. You think that is allot of ram, you should take a look at some of the other peace's of kit they do

All our Xen Blades have 96 each that's 23 blades..

Eurosoft... Now I havent used PC Check in years... I have just opened my draw to open up a cd wallet for a friend and out dropped PC Check 5.

 

We have an IBM blade Flex System Downstairs the actual system its self has 96GB, each blade we have is 96GB also, over 12 blades. Running oVirt / Fedora.

Our best Hyper-V server has 96Gb. I'm putting 128Gb down as the *minimum* spec for next years purchase
