Coffee, sex and blowing your nose could increase the risk of a type of stroke

But a career in the circus looks like a good prospect if you can do all 3

I had to laugh at "Straining to defecate 3.6%"

Thats probably the worst time to get a stroke ever... lets face it you can hardly sort yourself out before the ambulance arrives etc.

Or straining the decaffeinated.

I only have one word to say on your last sentence... Elvis.

Sounds like a normal Sunday morning to me - Coffee, Vigorous exercise, Nose blowing, Sex, Straining to defecate, Drinking cola, Being startled then Being angry...

The study only looked at the triggers for the burst. High blood pressure weakens blood vessels in the first place and can be caused by being overweight, smoking and a lack of exercise.

then we come to.....

Percentage of bursts due to:

* Vigorous exercise 7.9%

Isn't that a catch 22?

If you don't exercise you increase the risk, but if you exercise you increase the chances of it happening?

Talk about advocating never pushing yourself...
